Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Peekinduck AI ("Peekinduck", "we", "us"), a cloud-based SaaS platform for AI-powered voice agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Peekinduck AI provides two products:

• Interactive demo agents: a voice AI that guides prospects through a live product demo, answers product questions, and shows your product in action, tailored to each conversation.
• In-product assistant widget: an embeddable voice and text agent that lives on your own web application, answers user questions from a knowledge base, and executes in-app actions based on voice or text commands.

The service is delivered entirely as cloud SaaS. No on-premise installation is required, and no Peekinduck software is installed on your infrastructure.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Access is organization-scoped. Role-based permissions (owner, admin, member) apply, and destructive operations such as deletion or billing changes are restricted to owner and admin roles.
• API access uses Bearer tokens over HTTPS. You may not share tokens across organizations or attempt to access data belonging to another tenant.

3. Widget integration and in-page tools

• You may embed the widget on domains you control. Each widget agent is assigned a public key, and requests from domains not registered on your origin allowlist are rejected.
• You can register named JavaScript functions ("tools") on your host page that define actions the agent is permitted to take, such as navigating to a section or pre-filling a form. Tool calls are executed by your own page, in your users' browsers. Peekinduck never pushes or executes code on your infrastructure; it only sends structured instructions that your page decides how to handle.
• Public widget endpoints are rate-limited and return only data relevant to the specific agent.

4. Sessions and service limits

• Sessions are subject to reasonable duration limits to keep the service fast and reliable for everyone.
• Voice agent infrastructure scales automatically with demand and is continuously monitored.

5. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you provide: agent configurations, uploaded documents, knowledge base material, and your product itself.
• You grant us the right to process this content solely to provide the service, including generating transcripts, analytics, and AI-generated insights for your organization.
• Session data is stored per organization and is deletable on request, via the dashboard, or via the API.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to deploy agents that deceive users about being AI.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, origin allowlists, session limits, or organization scoping.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party sub-processors, including language model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic), speech and voice partners, and cloud infrastructure providers. The categories, and what data each receives, are described in our Privacy Policy; a complete list is available to customers on request. No customer data is used to train third-party models under standard API agreements.

8. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Billing information is shared with Stripe for payment processing only.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. On account deletion, all associated data is purged. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing agent configurations and validating that agent behavior fits your product and your obligations to your own users. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
